Learning Content & Development Specialist

Job Description

Responsibilities : Content Development : Design and develop interactive e-learning content using Adobe Captivate and other related software products. This includes creating engaging multimedia elements such as animations, simulations, quizzes, and assessments. Instructional Design : Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and instructional designers to analyze learning needs and translate them into effective e-learning solutions. Apply instructional design principles to create engaging and impactful learning experiences. Software Proficiency : Possess advanced knowledge and expertise in working with Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), and other relevant tools. Stay updated with the latest features and functionalities of these software products. Multimedia Production : Create and edit multimedia assets such as images, audio, and video to enhance the e-learning content. Ensure the use of high-quality visuals and media elements to support the learning objectives. Project Management : Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines and budgets. Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, SMEs, and project managers, to ensure smooth project execution. Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough testing and quality checks to ensure the accuracy, functionality, and usability of the e-learning modules. Identify and fix any errors or issues in the content, ensuring it meets the desired standards. Collaboration and Communication : Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, graphic designers, and developers, to ensure seamless integration of e-learning content. Communicate effectively to gather requirements, provide updates, and seek feedback. Industry Trends : Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in e-learning, instructional design, and technology-enhanced learning. Continuously explore new tools, techniques, and methodologies to improve the quality and effectiveness of the e-learning content. Qualifications : Proficiency in Adobe Captivate and other Adobe Creative Cloud software. Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories. Multimedia production skills, including image editing, audio/video editing, and animation. Knowledge of e-learning standards and technologies (e.g., SCORM, HTML5, responsive design). Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creativity and innovation in designing engaging and interactive e-learning content.
