In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline and Rise. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of instructional design principles, a creative mindset, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality learning experiences. Key Responsibilities: eLearning Development : Design and develop engaging, interactive, and effective eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise . Course Creation : Convert existing content, such as PDFs, PowerPoint presentations, or instructor-led materials, into digital learning formats. Visual Design : Use multimedia elements (graphics, audio, video) to create aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly courses. Interactivity : Develop interactive elements such as quizzes, assessments, scenarios, and branching logic to enhance learner engagement. Collaborate with SMEs : Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content. Testing and Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough testing of courses to ensure compatibility, accessibility, and a seamless user experience on multiple platforms and devices. Course Maintenance : Update and maintain courses based on feedback or changes in content. SCORM Compliance : Ensure all courses are SCORM-compliant for seamless integration with Learning Management Systems (LMS). Requirements Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise : At least 2 years of experience developing eLearning courses using both tools. Understanding of Instructional Design : Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories. Multimedia Skills : Basic graphic design and video editing skills to enhance course content (experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus). Attention to Detail : Strong eye for design consistency, functionality, and user experience.
