Job Description

We are looking to hire a Learning Facilitator for our client in Bengaluru to help drive organizational capability by facilitating the University’s learning and development solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience facilitating training for diverse audiences. The position also includes some training and administrative duties. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Facilitate client’s global onboarding program in-person and other virtual workshops to develop the professional capabilities and skills of employees at all levels. Manage virtual and in-person sessions, as well as any pre- and post-session activities. Facilitate using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role-playing, breakout sessions, demonstrations, team exercises, group discussions, etc. Support the design and development of learning experiences, including in-person, blended, virtual, and self-paced programs that engage learners and support development goals. Skills: 3+ years of facilitation is preferred, with the ability to adapt content and conversations to meet the unique needs of your audience, including in-person and live Zoom facilitation. Have a basic understanding of adult learning principles and some experience in designing and delivering learning content based on that knowledge. Show more Show less
