Job Description

Minimum 8 years of total work experience Minimum 6 years of channel sales experience Sector: Telecom/Handset/Retail/Bank Consumer Durables/FMCG Field Trainers Must have handled about 10 TSM (Territory Sales Managers) in any industry or equivalent team management skills SCOPE OF WORK: Each Learning Manager is to coach 50 TSMs of his/her circle & conduct 2 sessions/day Connect with the bottom quartile TSMs (basis movement of productivity & attrition of his/her XFEs) & respective AMs on a weekly basis Conduct Knowledge Assessment Test (KAT) every week with all the TSMs Handle New Hire Induction of TSMs, maintain Ways of Working Checklist, & Certification
