Leasing Executive / Property Surveyor

Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Leasing Executive / Property Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing commercial properties as per client requirements, conducting property surveys, liaising with property owners, coordinating with clients, handling negotiations, and ensuring the smooth execution of commercial leasing transactions. Key Responsibilities: Understand client requirements in detail and identify suitable commercial properties accordingly (restaurants, cafés, bars, QSRs, etc.). Conduct physical surveys of potential sites and prepare detailed site reports. Liaise with property owners, landlords, and brokers to gather property details and assess suitability. Arrange and coordinate site visits with clients and provide professional guidance during inspections. Negotiate commercial lease terms between clients and property owners to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Prepare and assist with letters of intent (LOIs), term sheets, and lease documentation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends, rental rates, and upcoming opportunities in key cities. Build and maintain a strong database of commercial properties across major cities in India. Ensure a smooth handover and support the client throughout the onboarding and leasing process. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field. 2+ years of experience in real estate leasing, preferably in commercial or F&B leasing. Strong understanding of commercial property markets and leasing processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, travel frequently, and handle multiple projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and real estate listing platforms. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in F&B or retail real estate leasing. Knowledge of legal aspects of leasing and documentation. Existing network of property owners and brokers in major cities.
