A Device Leasing Manager oversees the leasing process for devices, ensuring efficient operations, managing assets, and maintaining customer satisfaction, while adhering to legal and regulatory requirements. Experience 7-8yrs Location- Mumbai / Delhi Here's a more detailed breakdown of the responsibilities and skills required: Key Responsibilities: Asset Management: Track and manage the inventory of leased devices, from acquisition to disposal. Ensure proper deployment and utilization of assets. Monitor asset performance and identify areas for improvement. Knowledge of Asset backed lending, good market intelligence, good analytical skill and good communication skill Collaborative & Co-ordinations Skills Aggressively drive the sales numbers and achieve the business targets while continuing to enhance and upgrade the client relationships. Retain and expand the company's base of customers so as to ensure repeat business or referrals Maximize sales through a network and by effectively managing relationships to ensure strong business. Facilitate the development of a robust business plan so as to improve the disbursal patterns Identify and develop new relationships so as to penetrate new markets and thereby increase business Understanding of Leasing and Tie up with leasing Companies like Orix , HPFS , Tata etc . Lease Management: Negotiate and finalize lease agreements. Prepare and maintain accurate lease documentation. Manage lease renewals and terminations. Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding leasing inquiries. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for leased devices. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Financial Management: Monitor and manage lease payments and collections. Prepare financial reports and budgets related to leasing operations. Compliance: Ensure all leasing activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards. Stay up-to-date on changes in leasing laws and regulations. Skills and Qualifications: Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues.
