Key Responsibilities: Commercial Legal Expertise : Apply extensive knowledge of commercial law to advise on legal matters pertaining to business operations, transactions, and contracts. Document Preparation : Prepare, review, and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and notices, ensuring compliance with current laws and regulations. Legal Representation : Represent MNS in legal proceedings as necessary, including litigation and negotiations, to protect the company's interests. Client and Debtor Relations : Communicate effectively with clients, debtors, and other stakeholders to facilitate legal processes and resolutions. Legal Research : Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of legal problems, providing sound legal opinions and guidance. Court Proceedings : Attend court hearings, managing cases effectively while keeping the management team informed of developments. Knowledge Application : Utilize expertise in specific legal areas such as the Sec 138 NI Act, Insolvency Proceedings, and other relevant legal suits. Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Educational Background: Bachelor degree in Law is required. A Masters degree is beneficial but not mandatory. Bar Association : Licensed to practice law from the State Bar Association. Experience :2-4 years of relevant experience in commercial law within a corporate environment or law firm.
