Qualifications: Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution. Certifications: Any additional certifications related to real estate or construction law would be advantageous. Skills: Legal Research: Proficient in conducting legal research to stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the real estate and construction industry. Contract Drafting and Review: Strong ability to draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents with attention to detail. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams, external stakeholders, and legal authorities. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address legal issues and provide practical solutions. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate and mediate contracts and settlements, ensuring favorable terms for the company. Documentation Management: Skillful in maintaining and organizing legal documentation, including contracts, permits, and compliance records. Legal Compliance: Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws related to construction and real estate, ensuring company compliance. Due Diligence: Conduct due diligence on legal matters related to property acquisition, development, and transactions. Risk Assessment: Assess legal risks associated with business decisions and provide risk mitigation strategies. Time Management: Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple tasks while adhering to deadlines. Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, finance, and HR, to provide legal support. Strong knowledge of RERA registration and RERA Compliance Marathi and English Drafting Skill. The Legal Assistant/Executive will play a crucial role in providing legal support to the builders and developers company. Responsibilities include: Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring legal compliance and protecting the company's interests. Due Diligence: Conduct legal due diligence on property transactions, acquisitions, and development projects. Compliance: Stay abreast of and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and building codes. Dispute Resolution: Assist in resolving legal disputes through negotiation, mediation, or legal proceedings. Documentation: Manage and organize legal documentation, including permits, licenses, and compliance records. Legal Research: Conduct legal research to provide accurate and timely advice on legal issues affecting the company. Risk Assessment: Assess legal risks associated with various business activities and propose risk mitigation strategies. Communication: Effectively communicate legal advice and implications to internal stakeholders and management. Coordination: Collaborate with external legal counsel when required, coordinating legal activities and ensuring seamless communication. Continuous Learning: Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations impacting the real estate and construction industry.
