Legal Counsel will involve providing general and special legal advice to business. Develop and maintain expert knowledge in relevant Company principles, processes, tools, and best practices; current and forthcoming external requirements (can include International, Regional or Local regulations) and current/emerging market trends and practices within area of expertise. Provide expert advice proactively and on request, which may include advising on appropriate solutions for complex or unique issues. Ensure on-going compliance with defined company processes and procedures, relevant legislation and external regulations and predefined agreements. Build and develop effective engagement and relationships with key stakeholders to influence optimal business decisions. Complete tasks independently Share knowledge with peers and management. Support/ coordinate with peers within the department or deliver training to internal customers Initiate and lead projects, including cross functional projects. Support management with analysis, interpretation, and application of complex information, contributing to the achievement of divisional and corporate goals. You will be a great fit if you have: Qualification : Specific business accreditation with minimum Bachelor of Law qualification Experience : 3-5 years law firm or in-house legal experience. Digital experience, IT,AI. Relevant Technical skill : Accuracy and attention to detail, influencing & persuasion skills, analytical skills and problem-solving skills, written and verbal communication skills What can you expect?
