Key Responsibilities: Contract Drafting & Review Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents compliant with US and EU regulations. Ensure all drafted documents align with industry-specific standards in the Software/Communications field. Identify and mitigate potential risks through clear, concise, and precise contract language. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure all contracts adhere to relevant legal frameworks and industry best practices. Conduct thorough research on regulatory changes and provide updates to the legal team. Advise stakeholders on legal risks associated with contract terms and conditions. Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with internal teams including product managers, sales, and finance to align contract terms with business objectives. Support external counsel in complex legal matters when required. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; additional certifications in contract law preferred. 48 years of proven experience in legal drafting under US and EU jurisdictions. Strong understanding of software licensing agreements, communication technology contracts, and data protection laws. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines. Experience collaborating with international teams and clients.
