urgently looking for a fresher advocate for 6 months assessment internship for a small young law firm based in dabri mod janakpuri. We are also willing to offer a PPO and a full time position in our law firm. We need an advocate from south west and west delhi, who can work from office from Monday to Saturday 10 am to 6:30 PM. The daily tasks would include 1. Drafting of legal notices 2. Drafting of plaints and suits. 3. Drafting of agreements, contracts and vetting 4. Representing the clients in court under senior advocates. 5. Briefing senior advocates about the cases etc This internship will include end to end drafting, litigation & research. We need someone 1. Who has fast typing speed. 2. Excellent communication channels and ettiquetes 3. Has command on English and Hindi and is a fluent speaker in English 4. Resides in and around west delhi and south west delhi 5. Has interest in litigation, arbitration, court representations. 6. Passed out from tier 1 law college in 5 years program. LLM is complimentary 7. Can provide consulting, and counselling to clients. 8. Draft legal opinions for the clients. AIBE is not mandatory as a fresher. AIBE would be a plus.
