Job Description

The Candidate is expected to, advise and handle all legal and statutory matters with close interaction with top management. Review documents for relevancy, privilege, and other issues as directed by their clients. The Candidate will be lead the department successfully. Experience in drafting, vetting MOUs, Sale Agreement, Sale Deeds, Joint Development Agreements, Supplementary Deeds, and related documentation is a must. Settlement of disputes / deals, project legal risk analysis and corrective actions / management. Candidate should have sound knowledge in Dharani Portal. Responsibilities to discuss with the counsels in the matters relating to litigation and initiating appropriate legal action against defaulting parties. Experience in dealing with legal and liaison works with Government Departments such as HMDA, MRO and SRO offices dealing in permissions / sanctions for real estate construction projects. We are looking for an enthusiastic Legal cum Liaison Officer with knowledge of the Real Estate Construction Industry who can manage the relationships between a company and external parties. Should be capable of following up with revenue, police and government offices and officials various works of legal compliances, record implementation, appeals, complaints, enquiries, survey, disputes, cases etc. Should be proactive, result oriented, with excellent communication skills. Building Relationships with the Customers Responsible for acting as a point of contact for facilitating administrative solutions between clients departments such as real estate / accounting / legal and landlords / tenants / vendors; maintaining the real estate administration database, including property abstracting, reconciling operating expenses, and reporting.
