Job Description

Title Verification, Contract Drafting and Negotiation: Review, draft, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts, service agreements, vendor contracts, and confidentiality agreements etc. Legal Advisory: Provide legal advice and guidance and management on various non-litigation, litigation matters, RERA, Real Estate Law, compliance, employment law etc. Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure that the organization complies with all applicable laws, regulations, industry standards. Advise on compliance programs, risk management and corporate policies. Corporate Governance: Support in preparation and maintenance of corporate documents, board minutes and resolutions. Legal Risk Management: Identify and assess legal risks related to business operations, providing proactive solutions. Due Diligence: Conduct legal research and provide assistance on legal due diligence for business transactions, such as mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships. Intellectual Property Management: Assist in managing the companys intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, and licensing agreements. Dispute Resolution (Non-Litigation): Handle non-litigation dispute resolution, such as mediation, arbitration, and settlement negotiations. Compliance Training: Develop and conduct training sessions for staff on legal and compliance issues to foster a culture of legal awareness within the organization. Qualifications: Law degree (LL.B.) from an accredited institution. 5 years of experience in non-litigation, litigation and all legal matters. Strong understanding of corporate law, commercial contracts, intellectual property, RERA and compliance regulations. Knowledge of legal principles and regulations related to Real estate, RERA etc. Proficiency in legal research, drafting legal documents, Title verification and contract negotiation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism. Skills: Strong knowledge of contract law, regulatory compliance, corporate governance and intellectual property. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills. Ability to identify legal risks and suggest practical solutions. Sound judgment and decision-making abilities. Proficient in using legal research tools and office software. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
