Fully clustered with building's apartments. No civic sense at all!!! I went to buy an apartment, which the Advertiser said was 5 yrs old, but it appeared like 20 yrs, due to no maintenance!!! It is the duty of the local Civic authorities to put down rules and enforce them!!!
