Appointment Setting: Schedule calls and meetings between potential clients and the sales team. CRM Management: Update and manage lead data in CRM software, ensuring accuracy and proper follow-ups. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies. Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets of generating 5 SQLs per specialist. Required Skills and Experience: Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or a related field, especially targeting the Indian market. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Cold Outreach: Proficiency in cold calling, emailing, and using social media for business outreach (LinkedIn, etc.). Research Skills: Ability to research and gather data on potential leads using lead generation tools like Lusha, ZoomInfo, etc. CRM Tools: Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM preferred).
