Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle for vFulfill sourcing, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of products. Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers based on quality, cost efficiency, reliability, and compliance with company standards. Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships , including contract negotiations, performance monitoring, and long-term partnerships. Source both domestic and international suppliers while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies. Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with vendors/suppliers to secure optimal cost and service levels. Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Logistics, Tech) to streamline procurement, invoice processing, and vendor payments. Monitor and optimize procurement strategies to align with business goals, cost savings, and supplier performance. Ensure timely order placement and tracking , overseeing procurement for open sourcing, bulk orders, and specialized product requirements. Verify and reconcile vendor invoices against purchase orders (POs), delivery challans, and contractual terms. Stay updated on market trends and supplier capabilities to ensure competitive sourcing strategies and business growth. Requirements Qualifications: Education: Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field. (Preferred but not mandatory) Skills/Requirements: Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management , preferably in a B2B or eCommerce environment. Strong negotiation skills to secure competitive pricing and favorable vendor terms. Excellent communication and relationship management skills to handle vendor partnerships effectively. Ability to manage and coordinate multiple vendor relationships while ensuring smooth procurement operations. Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., SAP, Zoho Inventory, or similar platforms). Strong analytical skills for evaluating supplier performance, pricing trends, and cost optimization. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to handle procurement challenges efficiently. Knowledge of international and domestic supplier networks , particularly in India and China, is a plus.
