B2B Sales & Account Management- Outbound activities for finding and qualifying leads- Lead nurturing, negotation and closure- Onboarding leads and account management- Upsell and revenue ownership from existing B2B accounts

- Carry out Formulation and R&D efforts for nutraceutical products- New Product Development across all Oral Solid Dosage Formats (powders, capsules, tablets, gummies, chewables etc)- Preparing NPD documents viz. Technical Dossiers, SOI etc

- Vendor identification and continuous evaluation for common materials like RM, PM and testing services- Vendor and material library & cataloguing for common raw materials & packaging materials- Negotiation on material pricing and payment terms

- Own production of cosmetic product batches (planning, sourcing, material dispense, production & documentation)- Own Production Documentation (BMR, BPR, COA etc)- Coordinate with engineering, quality and sourcing teams for on-time production

Responsible for facility management, including equipments, vendor coordination, and upkeep. Manages HR tasks like attendance, leaves, and contract labour management. Ensures smooth daily operations, compliance, and workplace efficiency.
