JOB DESCRIPTION Key Responsibilities: Assist in finalizing the Annual Financial Plan and Strategic Business Plan. Prepare and submit quarterly forecasts. Compile weekly reports for all markets within the cluster. Analyze revenue and cost drivers, providing recommendations for improvement and optimization. Conduct product profitability analysis, ensuring gross margin targets are met by managing costs in line with approvals. Publish and review business scorecards regularly for management review. Track and update key business metrics such as OTBs, arrival patterns, COGS to MRP, sell-through, walk-ins, conversions, ATV, UPT, etc., through timely business scorecard reports. Serve as the custodian of all financial information. Monitor and drive discussions on the Cash Conversion Cycle metrics, focusing on inventory, receivables, and payables with individual markets. Experience with PowerBI and Essbase is a plus.
