Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Liaisoning Manager to handle legal and regulatory compliance, coordinate with government authorities, and ensure smooth approvals for real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills, knowledge of real estate laws, and experience in dealing with municipal corporations, land departments, and other regulatory bodies. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with government authorities, municipal corporations, and land departments to obtain necessary approvals, permits, and clearances for real estate projects. Ensure compliance with local, state, and central government regulations, including land acquisition, zoning, environmental clearances, and construction norms. Maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies, legal firms, and consultants. Handle documentation related to land acquisition, title deeds, legal agreements, and other compliance requirements. Represent the company in legal matters, negotiations, and regulatory hearings. Monitor changes in real estate laws, regulations, and policies, ensuring the company stays compliant. Liaise with government officials, contractors etc. Prepare reports and maintain records related to approvals, licenses, and regulatory interactions. Requirements: Candidate should be B.E Civil/ Architect with minimum 5 years of experience in Liaisoning in the real estate industry. Excellent in communication with Govt. authorities. Proven experience in project sanctioning. Proficient with software like Auto CAD, MS Office etc. Strong knowledge of Maharashtra real estate laws (UDCPR), land acquisition processes, RERA, environmental regulations, and municipal policies.
