Job Summary: GoldenWings Lifts and Elevators Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lift Sales Manager to join our team in Bangalore and Mysore. The ideal candidate should be from Mangalore, Udupi, Bangalore, or Davangere, with strong sales experience in the elevator/lift industry, a customer-centric approach, and a target-driven mindset. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into sales Meet clients, conduct site visits, and provide suitable lift solutions Prepare and present customized quotations and technical-commercial offers Negotiate and finalize deals in coordination with management Maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, consultants, and architects Work closely with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project handover Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently Report sales activities and forecasts to the management Candidate Requirements: Diploma/Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a relevant field 3-5 years of hands-on experience in elevator/lift sales Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Technical knowledge of lift systems is a plus Well-versed with MS Office and CRM software Self-driven, confident, and open to travel across Karnataka Employee Benefits: Salary: Rs. 30,000 - 40,000 per month Provident Fund (PF) Employee State Insurance (ESI) Travel and mobile reimbursement Attractive performance-based incentives Opportunity to grow within a fast-developing company
