Technician - Lift & Escalators Education Diploma in related field Operational Experience Minimum of 5 years hands on maintenance experience in related field A. Role Purpose: Performs advanced Elevators and Garage Doors planned maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, diagnosis, root cause analysis and repairs. B. Key Accountabilities: - Performs advanced Elevators and Garage Doors planned maintenance tasks. - Participate in installation and Commissioning of new Elevators, Loading dock, Garage Doors and ventilation system. - Analyses, troubleshoots, diagnoses, repairs and overhauls major Elevators, Loading dock, Garage Doors and ventilation system. - Supervises, evaluates, and reports Elevators, Loading dock, Garage Doors and ventilation system performance. - Implements MMS and quality management system. - Guides technicians in developing their competences. - Fine tuning and calibration of Elevators and Garage Doors equipment and systems - Performs other related duties as assigned. - Possesses high level technical knowhow. - Undertake any other duties or assignment as required from time to time by the management within reason.
