Job Description

Job Title: Lighting Designer Location: Noida Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Specification Head to lead our efforts in managing specifier relationships and ensuring brand and product approvals in bill of quantities (BOQs). This role will focus on building a robust project pipeline and enhancing conversion rates while providing technical support to the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Specifier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with specifiers, ensuring our brand and products are approved in BOQs and selected for projects. Pipeline Development: Build and manage a strong project pipeline that covers short, medium, and long-term opportunities in the lighting sector. Conversion Optimization: Monitor and improve pipeline conversion rates, implementing strategies to enhance effectiveness and efficiency. Design Support: Provide lighting design support to the sales team, ensuring timely assistance within specified turnaround times (TATs). Technical Presentations: Conduct technical and design presentations to customers, showcasing our products and solutions effectively.
