Role & responsibilities Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partnersManaging information flow in a timely and accurate mannerManaging executives calendars and set up meetings Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence Preferred candidate profile Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar roleExcellent MS Office knowledge, making presentation and communicating with external agencies.Outstanding organizational and time management skillsFamiliarity with production and operation activities ongoing in the Unit.Excellent verbal and written communications skills
