Role & responsibilities Basic Job Description Resolving user calls and issues related to all applications used by LP Group.For e.g. Logi-Sys, Tally, LP Apps, Odex, MMD3, Icegate, RPA etc. Responsible for User Management & keeping records in all applications:creating new users, assigning rights, and revoking rights. Monitoring and executing scheduled IT activities (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly) as assigned. Implementing and taking an active part in various IT Projects at locations that are assigned. Exchange Rate update for Customs as received on priority. Weekly and Monthly Activities which are defined.Specific Responsibilities Ensure that the Service desk is always updated to give real-time status of Incidents and requests. New user creation in various applications which are implemented from time to time. Rights and Role management of users as per request. Activation and Deactivation of User IDs and Password reset. Communicating and understanding users incidents, resolving and escalating to vendorswherever necessary. Ensure timely escalations are done at the vendor end to ensure timely support for LP Group. Gather data, compile information, and prepare reports which are requested from time to timeby the reporting Manager or Asst. Manager. Helps in documentation for field level in ERP for business process solutions. Handling Customer Report requests by mapping the fields and communicating with the businessteam to set report schedulers and DSRs. Testing Customer reports for correctness, UAT testing of a new feature released in theapplication, and training to end user.
