Job Description

Role Overview: As a LinkedIn Ads Specialist, you will lead our paid marketing strategy on LinkedIn, driving lead generation, brand visibility, and pipeline growth for our B2B SaaS product. Responsibilities: Strategize, execute, and optimize end-to-end LinkedIn Ads campaigns including Sponsored Content, Message Ads, Conversation Ads, and Lead Generation forms. Manage ad budgets effectively, continuously optimizing performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, and ROI. Define target audience segments, create effective ABM strategies, and manage audience data. Collaborate with content, product marketing, and creative teams to craft compelling ad copy and creatives tailored for senior-level executives and decision-makers. Conduct continuous A/B testing and experimentation on messaging, creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting. Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights and regularly report performance to stakeholders. Ensure proper tracking setup, leveraging LinkedIn Insight Tag and CRM integration (HubSpot preferred). Requirements: 3-5 years of proven experience managing and optimizing LinkedIn Ads campaigns for B2B companies, ideally within SaaS. Deep expertise with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Insight Tag, Matched Audiences, and LinkedIn’s ad formats. Experience in ABM campaigns and targeting high-value B2B audiences. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot CRM). Excellent written communication and copywriting skills tailored to senior decision-makers.
