Experience: 6 9 Years CTC: 10 20 LPA Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Location: Bangalore Overview The Linux UNIX Administrator plays a crucial role in maintaining and managing our Linux and UNIX systems , ensuring high performance and availability . This position involves close collaboration with the development team to provide effective system solutions and support , offering visible opportunities for professional growth and career advancement . Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor Linux/UNIX systems to ensure system integrity and availability . Implement and maintain system configurations, security, and service management . Collaborate with developers to optimize system performance . Perform regular system upgrades and patches . Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently . Develop automation scripts to improve system operations. Participate in on-call duties to support system operations . Document processes and write technical guides for team members. Requirements 4 6 years of experience in Linux/UNIX system administration . Strong understanding of server architecture and configuration . Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, etc.) . Familiarity with network protocols and security practices . Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively . Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, KVM, etc.) . Excellent communication and collaboration skills . Relevant certifications (e.g., RHCE, LPIC) preferred . Key Skills Linux/UNIX administration . Bash and/or Python scripting .
