Job Description Fintame Solutions LLP is seeking a dedicated Mutual Fund and Insurance Coordinator to join our team. The role involves coordinating and managing mutual fund and insurance- related operations to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Assist clients in understanding and selecting mutual fund and insurance products based on their financial goals. Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to process applications, claims, and policy renewals. Maintain accurate records of client portfolios and transactions. Monitor and update clients on market trends, product performance, and regulatory changes. Ensure compliance with IRDAI and AMFI regulations. Provide timely resolution to client queries and complaints. Support the team in achieving sales and service targets. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in mutual funds, insurance, or financial services (freshers with relevant certifications may be considered). NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors Certification) or IRDAI Insurance Agent Certification is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of financial markets, mutual funds, and insurance products. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
