Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to improve conversion for lending. Explain the features and benefits of the lending product to customers clearly and persuasively. Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed information on loan terms and conditions. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate lending solutions. Maintain a database of customer information and update call outcomes Meet daily and monthly call targets as defined by management. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements during all customer interactions. Qualifications : Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum experience of 1 year Prior experience in telecalling or customer service, preferably in the financial sector. Ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively. Goal-oriented with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
