Job Title: E-commerce & Logistics Executive / Manager Department: Operations Location: Thane Reports To: Operations Head Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce & Logistics Executive / Manager to manage end-to-end online operations and logistics for our wellness product verticals. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning from order receipt to last-mile delivery, driving customer satisfaction and business growth through operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: E-commerce Operations: Manage and monitor order processing, dispatches, and returns across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and our website. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy in product listings, stock availability, and pricing. Maintain service quality and TAT (turnaround time) benchmarks for customer orders and issue resolution. Track and report sales trends, inventory discrepancies, and fulfillment bottlenecks. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field. 2–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce and logistics operations. Hands-on experience with platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, Shopify, etc. Familiarity with logistics tracking platforms and order management tools.
