Engage with transportation service providers in the region for performance management as well as process improvements implementation to meet the target Resolve logistics operational escalations and manage exceptions, working with transportation service providers and internal stakeholders to drive resolution on escalations and maintain operational excellence KPIs reporting and root cause analysis. Including logistics operational analytic work for transportation costs, service and coverage related projects and to ensure day to day transportation operations healthiness.
