You will track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and ensure proper documentation for shipping and invoicing. The role also requires maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth communication between customers and logistics providers. The candidate must be proficient in logistics software , MS Office , and managing dispatch processes. Previous experience with BlueDart and handling invoicing paperwork is a plus.
