Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring availability and minimizing overstock. Coordinate transportation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Process and track customer orders, resolving discrepancies or delays. Identify and implement logistics process improvements to reduce costs. Act as the primary liaison between suppliers, vendors, warehouses, and customers. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, health, safety, and environmental standards. Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and logistics activities. Address logistics issues proactively, including delays and damaged goods. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Experience: 1-2 years in logistics/supply chain management, preferably FMCG. Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office. Analytical mindset and attention to detail. Familiarity with shipping regulations and ability to work under pressure. Benefits: Competitive salary Career growth opportunities.
