Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage domestic transportation of goods, ensuring timely deliveries. Track shipments and provide real-time updates to relevant stakeholders. Maintain and update logistics records, reports, and documentation. Collaborate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams to resolve delivery issues. Optimize routes and transportation costs while maintaining service levels. Handle invoice verification, payments, and vendor reconciliation. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting. Key Skills & Requirements: 1-4 years of experience in domestic logistics or supply chain operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving skills to handle logistical challenges efficiently. Basic knowledge of transportation laws and regulations (preferred). Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management. Knowledge of ERP systems or logistics software (optional but preferred).
