Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make sure all orders are shipped efficiently by managing courier partners. Keep track of orders and update clients with timely information. Communicate with clients via email and phone to solve any logistics-related issues. Oversee the billing, paperwork, and other tasks related to shipments. Provide regular updates to senior management on logistics and courier performance. Help improve logistics management systems. Ensure courier bills match the actual shipments and charges. Skills & Job Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in logistics or a similar role. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Comfortable with numbers and data analysis. Disciplined, reliable, and focused on accuracy. Proficient in advanced Excel for tracking and reporting.
