Job Title: Logistics & QC Executive (North) Role: Logistics Coordination & Vendor QC (North) Location: Hybrid (WFH + Twice a week farm visit + Travel in North for vendor QC) Company: Nurturing Green About Us: Nurturing Green is dedicated to providing premium gardening products to our customers. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage logistics coordination and vendor quality control in the North region. Key Responsibilities: Vendor Quality Control (QC): Visit plant and non-plant vendors across the North region (3-5 times per month). Ensure vendor products meet quality standards and production timelines. Prepare and submit detailed vendor performance and product readiness reports. Logistics Coordination: Manage inbound and outbound shipments efficiently. Ensure timely delivery and distribution to various locations. Coordinate with shipping carriers, freight forwarders, and warehouses to optimize processes. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records related to logistics and vendor QC activities. Generate performance reports on logistics and vendor quality. Analyze data for improvements and efficiency. Key Qualifications: 6 months to 1 year of experience in quality control, supply chain, or related roles. Strong attention to detail & ability to manage time-sensitive tasks. Willing to travel (3-5 times a month for vendor QC + 1-2 farm visits per week). Basic knowledge of MS Excel. Candidates with degrees in agriculture or horticulture preferred, but other backgrounds are welcome. Skills & Attributes: Strong communication and reporting skills.
