Position:Compliance Manager Location: Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh Company: Lohia Worldspace Corporate Office: Lohia Global (Third Floor), Centrum Plaza Mall, 369-370, Facing Mehrauli-Gurgaon Road, Sultanpur, New Delhi, Delhi 110030 Email: hr@lohiaworldspace.com Key Responsibilities: - Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with labour laws (BOCW, Contract Labour Act), maintain statutory registers, and oversee returns for project sites. - Environment & Safety Compliance: Implement and monitor Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) regulations, dust mitigation, and pollution control measures. - Liaising & Approvals: Manage relations with government authorities, secure labour licenses, BOCW registrations, project certifications, municipal approvals, and other required permits. - Legal & Grievance Handling: Address consumer grievances, manage legal matters, and ensure all statutory issues are resolved promptly. - CSR & ESG Compliance: Drive Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. - Audit Management: Handle inspections, social audits, OSHA audits, and buyer environmental audits. - Employee Welfare & Policy Implementation: Ensure employee benefits and welfare programs are executed as per the companys HR & Admin policies. - Administration: Supervise day-to-day administrative and corporate affairs, ensuring smooth operations at project sites. - Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and civil bodies. Ideal Candidate: - Proven experience in statutory compliance, EHS regulations, and legal handling in construction or large-scale projects. - Strong knowledge of labour laws, government approvals, and environmental regulations. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage audits, inspections, and social responsibility initiatives effectively.
