Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic IT Recruiter with 6 months -3 years of experience in technical hiring. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, expertise in full-cycle recruitment, and the ability to engage top IT talent across various technology stacks. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer closure. Talent Sourcing: Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, social media, Boolean searches, and networking to identify top IT talent. Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver top-quality candidates. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging IT skills. Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience. Key Requirements: 6 months to 3 years of experience in IT/technical recruitment (agency or corporate hiring). Strong expertise in sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), Boolean search, and GitHub/Stack Overflow. Experience recruiting for Software Development, Cloud, Java, AI/ML, and Data Engineering. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
