Job Description

This position will be responsible for overseeing the entire finance and accounts function of the organization. This includes financial planning, reporting, compliance, and internal controls to ensure the company's financial health and sustainability. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all aspects of financial management, accounting, and reporting. Prepare accurate financial statements, forecasts, and budgets. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and financial reporting standards. Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets. Monitor cash flow, fund management, and working capital requirements. Supervise and guide the finance and accounts team. Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions. Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and insights. Drive cost management initiatives and efficiency improvements.
