Role & responsibilities Monitor and manage liver transplant patients pre- and post-surgery Administer medications and manage IV lines Coordinate with transplant surgeons and multidisciplinary teams Educate patients and families on post-transplant care and medication compliance Maintain accurate nursing records and vital documentation Ensure strict adherence to infection control and transplant protocols Qualifications: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM Valid nursing registration Minimum 12 years of critical care or transplant unit experience preferred
