Role & responsibilities 1. Manpower & resource planning for the shift operation. 2. Ensure continuous manufacturing flow and zero-line stoppage of Surface Treatment & Assembly Shop due to Moulding.3. Ensure all quality parameters are adhered (including FPA) while starting the production.4. Deploy PDCA approach and achieve 100% production plan.5. Ensure optimum utilization of equipment and resources to increase productivity.6. Carryout why- why analyses of the problem and reduce rejection Level.7. Ensure safe operation of machine and reduce machine & mould breakdown.8. Ensure production plan is achieved as plan received from PPC.9. Ensure process quality standards are adhered as per control plan.10. Ensure adherence to TPM activities.11. Documentation and audit compliance related to IATF 16949, ISO-14001& EMS/OHSAS-18001.12. Ensure safety standards are adhered while running the operations.13. Resolve the problems and issues related to operation and people encountered during the shift.14. Ensure workplace discipline, procedures and policies are observed by the employees at shopfloor.15. Ensure Safety & 5S in the department.16. Impart continuous on job training for accomplishing greater operational results.Preferred candidate profile CIPET with minimum 5 Years of experience in Production -Injection Moulding, Preference will be give to candidates having experience in Automobile lighting industry.

Role & responsibilities Technical understanding of Semiconductor i.e. Active & Passive parts, PCB & PCBA. (ex. Capacitor, Resistor, Inductors, diodes etc).Validate & Negotiate the quotations as per defined process.Discuss & maintain the Price matrix for local and overseas suppliers.Validate & maintain the costing as per defined costing norms.Working closely with Semiconductor suppliers & plants to generate & drive VA-VE & cost saving proposals.Sending RFQ to optimize the BOM costing and Preparing cost comparison sheets.Providing updates on New technologies and conduct tech-shows.Preparation of MIS and data management.
