The ideal candidate will manage guest check-ins and check-outs, stay on-site to assist guests and ensure high standards of hospitality and service. Key Responsibilities:Guest Experience Management:Ensure a smooth and hassle-free check-in & check-out process.Stay in the villa to assist guests with any requests during their stay.Villa Operations & Coordination:Ensure villas are well-maintained and guest-ready before arrival.Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge teams to resolve guest requests efficiently.Oversee inventory, amenities, and overall villa upkeep.
