Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in real estate sales, with a strong ability to generate leads, build relationships with clients, and close deals. This role involves selling residential (apartments/villas) and commercial properties, handling site visits, and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, online inquiries, and real estate portals.Follow up with potential buyers and convert inquiries into site visits.Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.2. Sales & Client Interaction:Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective buyers.Explain pricing, payment plans, loan options, and legal aspects of the transaction.Negotiate deals and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.3. Marketing & Business Development:Participate in real estate exhibitions, promotional events, and BTL marketing activities.Coordinate with the marketing team to strategize lead generation campaigns.Maintain an updated database of potential clients and real estate inventory.4. Documentation & Process Handling:Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork (sale agreements, loan documents, etc.).Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and legal documentation.Coordinate with banks, legal teams, and channel partners for seamless transactions.5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor projects, and pricing.Provide insights on market demand and customer preferences.Key Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in real estate sales (residential or commercial) Strong communication & negotiation skills Ability to handle multiple clients & follow-ups efficiently Knowledge of local real estate market & industry trends Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented Proficiency in CRM software and real estate portals (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing, etc.) Familiarity with home loan processes and legal formalitiesEducation:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Additional Requirements:Two-wheeler preferred for local travel.Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as per customer availability.Benefits: Attractive incentive structure based on sales performance.
