Role & Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of machine learning models to solve complex business problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business objectives, and translate them into technical solutions. Design and architect scalable and efficient machine learning systems. Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation. Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning research and technologies. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members. Drive best practices in coding, testing, and documentation. Preferred Candidate Profile Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role. Proficiency in programming languages: Python, R, Java, Scala. Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn. Solid understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture principles. Excellent grasp of statistics and mathematics. Experience with MLOps and MLaaS is highly advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
