Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1) Perform regular preventive maintenance on CNC/VMC machines to ensure smooth and efficient operation. 2) Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues with CNC/VMC equipment. 3) Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize machine availability. 4) Lead and train a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance. 5) Collaborate with the production team to address and resolve any machine-related issues promptly. 6) Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including service reports, parts inventory, and machine history. 7) Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine performance and reduce maintenance costs. 8) Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
