Machine Shop and Assembly Experience 3-5 years of experience CNC Machine Maintenance (HMC, VMC, TMC, 5-Axis) Washing Machines and Pneumatic Tools. Job Responsibilities Maintenance of Machine Shop Equipment's to maintain zero breakdown Fault Diagnosis and Countermeasures to eliminate breakdown Preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance & corrective maintenance planning & execution, Breakdown analysis and countermeasures Carry out maintenance basics like MTBF, MTTR, etc. Responsible for shop safety and 5S in work area. Improvements/Kaizen planning based on the trials issues and assembly issues Should have basic trouble shooting skills in Electrical and Mechanical. Competence/Skills 1.CNC Machine Maintenance (HMC, VMC) 2. Electrical wiring 3. Knowledge in Field I/O 4. Knowledge in PLC programming (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Keyence) 5. Knowledge in CNC (Siemens, Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Omron) 6. Knowledge in CNC Machine Concept (Servo motor & Servo drives) 7.Industrial PC Based Hardware & Software Knowledge 8. SPM (Laser marking, Scanner & Vision system - Cognex, Keyence & Omron) 9. Able to read pneumatic & hydraulic circuits 10.CNC Machine Knowledge (Ball screw, Spindle, Index table, ATC & Magazine)
