Role & responsibilities HR Strategy:Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.Lead the execution of HR initiatives including employee engagement, talent management, and leadership development.Talent Acquisition:Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and design appropriate recruitment strategies.Performance Management:Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.Provide coaching and feedback to department managers to enhance performance and productivity.HR Policies & Compliance:Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.Payroll:Oversee payroll processing and manage compensation and benefits programs.Analyze compensation trends and ensure competitive remuneration packages.HR Technology:Implement and maintain HR systems and databases for efficient HR processes.Leverage technology to streamline HR operations and reporting.Qualifications and Skills:Degree in Human Resources.
