Role & responsibilities Support the Site Management team in the execution of their responsibilities related to Workplace Health, Safety, and Environment. Drive safety cultural change across the site by adhering to MBSPL Safety Standards and guidelines.Communicate the vision of achieving a No Injuries culture.Promote safety practices and behaviors that all employees are expected to demonstrate daily.Conduct regular plant visits to audit standards, inspect equipment, and observe behavior to ensure correct safety practices are followed.Provide technical resources to support the plant and employees.Engage and communicate with Plant Management, Plant Manager, and Frontline Managers. Provide training to the Plant Management and Operations teams.Monitor and track the plants safety action plan, ensuring it aligns with group goals.Facilitate the implementation of Hazard Alerts and Best Practices.Perform regular plant safety audits to assess facilities, machinery, and safety equipment, identifying and mitigating potential hazards.Conduct safety training for managers and employees to reinforce safe practices.Track site incidents, investigate root causes, and implement procedures to prevent future incidents.Ensure full compliance with all statutory and legal environmental, health, and safety regulations.
