A leading FMCG industry is hiring for the position of Deputy Manager - Electrical Maintenance Department.We are looking for candidates with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in Electrical Maintenance department. The JD details below follows, Establish the maintenance functional target to achieve the company target based on business plan.Initiates implements, and manage the plant maintenance program / scheduling based on best practices.Monitoring and reporting of maintenance PMS reports weekly and monthly basis.Maintenance Reviews the operation of plant equipment and system constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timely manner and to identify opportunities for improvement.Initiates and carryout projects that improve efficiency and / or reduce the costs.Tracks. Analyzes and improve the key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, maintenance cost, PM compliance, schedule compliance.Coordinates activities with plant operation department. And repair work in process areas.Monitors the use inventories of spare parts at minimum stock level, maintain the record of maintenance supplier and equipment. Prepare and maintain the equipment history card. Role & responsibilities : Carryout production to meet as per the production plan.Ensure the availability of raw materials and consumables for production.Monitoring and controlling of production and rejection on hourly basis.Maintain the Machine and floor cleaning and house keeping in the respective shiftReduce the rejection and rework on the respective shift.Provide the proper identification marking on each and every stage to avoid the mix up and cross contamination.Identify and store properly on the non-conforming product.Dispatch only the QC cleared products.To ensure the use of PPEs during operation in the respective shiftTraining given to the Operators, Slug maker, Carrier filling, Grading, Packing employee. Rejection and rework control.Taking correction and corrective action for the non confirming product on respective shiftInitiating and informing to the machine breakdown to maintenance people to rectify in the respective shift for minor breakdowns.
