Job Description : Managing the FG s O365 Email and MDM Configuration Baselines as per OEM best practises. Issue resolution and day to day service requests for the following: Manage Active Directory Sync Configuration Exchange Server Management. SharePoint Site Collections & Database Management. User modifications including setting up mailboxes, file storage and license. Service configuration modifications. Microsoft 365 policy modifications. Security & Distribution modifications. Custom Domain modifications. Regular account reviews to ensure best practice Office 365 tenant configuration and security posture. Best practice configuration of Office 365 services. Setting up and Maintaining In-tune and EMS policies. Setting up Device Enrolment Policies. Create Device & User Groups. Conditional access to apps, password management. Deploy certificate, email, VPN and WiFi profiles to mobile devices. Setup & Enforce MFA Policies Mailbox Creation / Deletion / Movement. Distribution List creation / Deletion / Modification Creation, Installation and establishment of New Mail Server with or without cluster mode. Management of email SPAM filter, SMTP Servers. Performing Daily Backups of mail boxes. Monitoring Mail Queue / Traffic. Monitor the Replication of Public Folders Monitor the Replication of Directory Monitoring Critical Services e.g., MTA, OWA Monitoring Log Files Installation and configuration of messaging server and troubleshooting. Public Folder Maintenance (Defining Hierarchy) Recycling MTA in case it goes down Management of replication Configuring and managing IDS and Antivirus Configuration for Mail server. Email archival (Symantec Enterprise Vault) management.
