Mainframe Production Supporting Lead: Should have experience in COBOL, DB2, JCL, VSAM, CICS Should have exp in ISPW /ISPF / TOPAZ workbench Should have exp in Application Support / Production Support Should have exp in 24/7 support Experience in Legacy applications / Digital transformation Experienced working in production/Application support projects and following best practices for ITIL process Commitment to clear and timely communication with all stakeholders - including Clients, Client Service Managers, Business Analysts, IT Operations, Dev/Engineering team. Experienced working in Service-Now Incident , Requests, Problem Management and Azure DevOps Should be able to understand in Cobol script code and also know Azure Dev Ops basics. Monitoring production systems: Mainframe Production Support Professionals are responsible for monitoring the mainframe production systems, applications, and batch jobs Creating and maintaining documentation: Production Support Professionals create and maintain documentation related to the production systems and applications they support Responsibility: ? Need to perform Developer/support Role in Support environment ? Need to work in 24X7 shift ? Responsible for handing Production Failures and fixing with resolutions ? Ability to interact with business users and understand business requirements ?
